We, TRT Communications Group, Point Blank Auction (pbauction.biz), does not sell, use or disseminate your personal information. All information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact you, the user is kept with us on our servers located in the United States. By using this web site you give us permission to use, store information, pictures given to enhance your auction experience.

We collect only the following types of Personal Information:

• Contact Information that allows us to communicate with you, such as your name, postal addresses, email addresses, account names, telephone numbers, or other addresses at which you receive communications from or on behalf of Point Blank Auctions. Most of this information is collected when you register.
• Transaction information about how you purchase, sell and redeem is also kept on the servers. Since 3rd parties (PayPal, Square and others) are used, this is between you and the service that you have selected. The transactions are typically done off site, so we are not able to insure privacy (see privacy statement link). 
• Financial Account Information as stated above. We do not, and will not keep this information. We rely on 3rd party companies, such as PayPal, Square and others.
