Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime but after 7 days we will not refund the subscription (membership) price. Also, note that once you cancel membership, all your auctions will be removed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We as Point Blank Auction (PBA) currently accept Paypal only but will be adding major credit card to the mix soon. As a seller you can accept payments via Paypal as well, directly. We are not involved in the transactions between buyer and seller unless their is a dispute.
How can I manage my Account?
All the tools you need is under, "My Account". There you can check your auctions, bids, messages, change address, email, and password.
Is my credit card information secure?
We use a SSL (secure socket layer) for all transactions but we do not keep any information, since we use a third party like Paypal.
